'Hi friends, when travelling in India you just cannot afford to miss the local dhabas along the highway. These simple roadside restaurants serve the most authentic cuisine of the region they are situated in. So while traveling in Punjab And Himachal Pradesh we also discovered some Fantastic Local dhabas along the highway. In this vlog we bring to you a delicious experience in one of such local dhabas. On the way from Ambala in Haryana to Shimla in Himachal Pradesh we discovered \"Giani Da Dhaba\" which is situated in a small town Dharampur. Dharampur is approximately an hour\'s drive from Chandigarh on the way to Shimla. Giani Da Dhaba served us the most mouth watering North Indian dishes. The highlights of this lunch were definitely the tandoori dishes. The roti\'s were crisp and hot, The chicken tikka and paneer tikka lived upto their reputation.
